Governing Law and Arbitration
These Terms of Use shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes, claims, suits and actions arising out of this Agreement or its validity shall be finally decided by arbitration in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitral tribunal shall comprise of a sole arbitrator mutually appointed by the parties to the dispute. The venue for arbitration shall be at Bengaluru City, India. The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English. Any award made in such arbitration shall be final and binding on the parties to the dispute.
Subject to the above, the competent courts at Bengaluru City, India alone shall have the jurisdiction over issues arising out of this Agreement.
Severability
Any provision of this Agreement that is prohibited or unenforceable in any jurisdiction shall, as to such jurisdiction, be ineffective to the extent of such prohibition or unenforceability without invalidating the remaining portions hereof or affecting the validity or enforceability of such provision in any other jurisdiction.
